About this Role

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Cocos2d-x Game Developer to support AI training by designing and evaluating real-world game development tasks. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on experience to create practical scenarios covering game logic, animations, UI, and performance, and help improve how AI systems understand Cocos2d-x workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Create realistic Cocos2d-x tasks such as sprite management, animations, physics, UI, and game logic Write clear and structured prompts based on real development scenarios Build evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of solutions Execute and review tasks within a virtual environment Provide feedback to improve task quality and consistency

Required Skills

2+ years of experience with Cocos2d-x and C++ Experience working on real game projects (preferably 2D or mobile) Strong understanding of scene graph, action system, and asset management Ability to break down problems into clear, structured tasks Strong written communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Lua or JavaScript bindings in Cocos2d-x Experience mentoring or reviewing code Exposure to AI training or evaluation workflows

What does the work actually look like?

How flexible is the schedule?
