Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of landscaping, lawn service, and groundskeeping crews, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to standards.
  • Review contracts to determine service requirements, workforce needs, and equipment allocation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding methods, materials, and service pricing with detailed and professional communication.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for labor, material, and machinery costs.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality control and address issues proactively.
  • Manage crew schedules, delegate tasks, and optimize use of resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring all practices meet regulatory guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience leading and supervising landscaping, lawn service, or groundskeeping teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
