Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize gameplay systems and features using the Godot Game Engine. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to the evaluation and selection of technical solutions and tools related to the Godot ecosystem. Mentor and support team members in best practices, Godot workflows, and robust coding standards. Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Deep expertise with the Godot Game Engine (GDScript, C#, or VisualScript). Proven track record of shipping commercial or high-quality independent titles using Godot. Strong understanding of 2D/3D game development pipelines, asset integration, and performance optimization. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal form. Experience collaborating in a remote, distributed team environment. Solid problem-solving abilities and passion for learning new technologies. Demonstrated ability to produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Preferred Qualifications
