Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Keyboard Automation Specialist (MacOS) and help drive efficiency and productivity through expert-level mastery of keyboard shortcuts and automation techniques. You will streamline workflows across browser-based tools and digital platforms, leveraging your deep familiarity with MacOS environments. This role is ideal for proactive problem-solvers passionate about optimizing processes and excelling in fast-paced, tech-driven settings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and refine keyboard automation workflows for MacOS browser-based tools to improve daily operations. Expertly navigate Google Docs, Google Sheets, and a variety of online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy) to support business functions. Utilize advanced keyboard shortcuts and text manipulation techniques for efficient document and data management. Collaborate closely with the customer's team to identify workflow bottlenecks and propose innovative automation solutions. Support seamless switching, tab/window control, and fast navigation within SaaS and freelance platforms, including Upwork and Linear. Deliver clear, concise written and verbal communication regarding automation strategies and outcomes. Stay current with emerging MacOS keyboard automation tools and practices, advocating for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Deep expertise in MacOS keyboard shortcuts (native and browser-level) and fast multi-window/tab navigation. Demonstrated proficiency in browser-based tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and leading online marketplaces. Experience with social platforms (e.g., Facebook) and freelance/SaaS tools (e.g., Upwork, Linear) in a professional context. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration. Proven track record of implementing automation or workflow improvements using MacOS tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a remote environment. Self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to delivering high-impact automation solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
