Join our customer's team as a Keyboard Automation Specialist (MacOS) and help drive efficiency and productivity through expert-level mastery of keyboard shortcuts and automation techniques. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and refine keyboard automation workflows for MacOS browser-based tools to improve daily operations. Expertly navigate Google Docs, Google Sheets, and a variety of online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy) to support business functions. Utilize advanced keyboard shortcuts and text manipulation techniques for efficient document and data management. Collaborate closely with the customer's team to identify workflow bottlenecks and propose innovative automation solutions. Support seamless switching, tab/window control, and fast navigation within SaaS and freelance platforms, including Upwork and Linear. Deliver clear, concise written and verbal communication regarding automation strategies and outcomes. Stay current with emerging MacOS keyboard automation tools and practices, advocating for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Deep expertise in MacOS keyboard shortcuts (native and browser-level) and fast multi-window/tab navigation.
