About this Role
Job Title: QA Analyst (Quality Assurance Analyst)

Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as a QA Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional user experiences through meticulous product testing and creative problem-solving. As a key contributor, you will design exploratory test scenarios, analyze product workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases for new and existing product features. Identify edge cases, usability issues, and potential defects through structured analytical reasoning. Write clear, detailed test reports and articulate bug descriptions for engineering review. Collaborate actively with product and engineering teams to continuously improve product quality and user experience. Develop creative and methodical testing scenarios that uncover hidden product issues. Validate submitted fixes, ensuring all issues are resolved and verified prior to release. Document test findings and feedback in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong analytical and reasoning skills with a passion for quality assurance. Exceptional written and verbal English communication abilities. Proven experience designing comprehensive, creative test scenarios for software products. Detail-oriented approach to documenting findings, bugs, and test results. Demonstrated ability to think through edge cases and complex product workflows. 3+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or related analytical roles (exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with manual testing or QA frameworks and methodologies. Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear). Background in testing web or SaaS-based software products.
