Key Responsibilities
Conduct live, 1-hour technical interviews centered on complex Rust algorithmic challenges, ensuring a thorough and engaging assessment process. Analyze and evaluate candidate performance, focusing on code logic, efficiency, and overall solution quality. Classify and categorize interview sessions by algorithmic complexity, leveraging deep expertise in data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming. Author comprehensive written analyses (“trajectories”) that detail problem-solving approaches, highlight strengths, and identify common pitfalls. Collaborate with the AI training team to provide insightful, actionable feedback that enhances AI model accuracy and reliability. Uphold the highest standards in both written and verbal communication to deliver clear, impactful technical feedback. Follow established evaluation frameworks and consistently meet project deadlines to maintain workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven mastery of Rust, demonstrated through substantial experience in demanding, production-level software engineering roles. Advanced expertise in solving and articulating solutions to LeetCode Easy-level algorithmic challenges. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field. A minimum of 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on Rust. Exceptional command of English, with a history of clear, concise written and verbal communication. Adept at analyzing and explaining algorithmic trade-offs and complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing or conducting technical interviews or coding assessments. Background in AI model testing or research-oriented environments. Contributions to open-source Rust projects or active participation in respected technical communities.
