In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Transcribe video content in the Sherpa language with precise alignment to timestamps for enhanced data accuracy.
- Analyze and describe the emotionality of speakers, capturing nuances in tone and intent for improved AI interpretability.
- Edit, review, and refine transcription outputs to ensure linguistic and grammatical accuracy at an expert level.
- Investigate and define the conceptual meaning of Sherpa terms and expressions, offering deep linguistic insights.
- Assess and document grammar, vocabulary usage, and syntactic structures within the provided content.
- Perform complex language tasks such as contextual translation, semantic evaluation, and tone analysis.
- Contribute at least 15 hours per week in delivering high-quality language data and analysis for the project.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in both Sherpa and English, with demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken communication for both languages.
- Experience in transcription, translation, or linguistic analysis, especially with video or audio content.
- Skilled in capturing and articulating emotional context, speaker intent, and cultural nuances.
