Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a highly skilled Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing state-of-the-art AI agent solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your programming expertise to train advanced AI models in a remote, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust AI agent systems. Utilize your expertise in multiple programming languages to build scalable and efficient software components. Contribute to the training and fine-tuning of AI models, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Write clean, maintainable code and perform rigorous code reviews to uphold high software standards. Document system architectures, workflows, and best practices for team knowledge sharing. Actively participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions. Communicate complex concepts clearly through both written and verbal channels, fostering productive team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, OR a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, JAVA, C++, C#, .NET, Node.js, React, and Typescript. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development best practices. Demonstrated experience working with and training AI/ML models or a keen interest in AI technologies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences. A collaborative mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI agent projects or related domains. Background in deploying distributed or cloud-based systems. Passion for staying current with emerging technologies in AI and software engineering.
