Job Title: Solutions Architect Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Solutions Architect to join our customer's team. In this pivotal role, you will design robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions using cutting-edge cloud and containerization technologies. Ideal candidates are passionate about architecture, communication, and building systems that make a tangible business impact. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions on AWS Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints Design and maintain infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including reliability, security, and performance Mentor stakeholders on cloud architecture best practices and emerging trends Document architecture decisions and communicate complex concepts with clarity to diverse audiences Troubleshoot and resolve architectural and deployment challenges throughout the project lifecycle Required Skills and Qualifications: Expertise architecting and deploying microservices-based applications Deep hands-on experience with AWS core services and infrastructure as code Mastery of Docker and cloud-native container orchestration with Kubernetes Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to work independently in distributed, remote environments Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar) Experience architecting large-scale, mission-critical enterprise systems Background in mentoring or leading cross-functional technology teams
