About this role
From the Sovrano AI listing
AI models improve when native speakers judge their output carefully. That is the work here.
You receive items in Danish, each with a prompt and two responses generated by our client's language model. For every item you evaluate both responses on instruction following, truthfulness, coherence and clarity, and length. You have search and research tools to fact-check every objective claim, and you document a reliable source for each error you find. Then you write up each response's clearest strengths and areas for improvement, give it an overall quality score, and rank which of the two is preferred, with your reasoning. You work on items in your own field of knowledge, in your native Danish.
No prior AI knowledge is needed. If you are a native Danish speaker with solid English and a sharp eye for writing and reasoning, you can do this well. A background in creative writing, journalism, or a similar field is a plus but not required. Requires a minimum of 15 hours of work per week.

Common questions
Do creative AI training roles allow creative freedom?
Some, within limits. You're hired for your talent, but most projects still require following strict style guides, like keeping a neutral tone or matching a technical-manual style. Consistency across the dataset matters more than personal expression here.
What equipment do I need for creative AI training roles?
For voice or audio roles at this pay level, a professional home studio setup (XLR microphone, acoustically treated room) is typically required. Phone recordings and laptop mics usually get rejected by quality control.
What does Languages work look like for a Danish AI Response Evaluator (Native Speaker)?
Tasks here are scoped to Languages, not generic labeling. As a Danish AI Response Evaluator (Native Speaker), expect to draw on real domain judgment (evaluating outputs, correcting errors, or providing expert reasoning specific to Languages) rather than following a one-size-fits-all rubric. If you don't have hands-on Languages background, this is likely not the right listing to start with.
What specific skills does this listing call for?
Data Annotation, Danish, English, and Native Speaker are named directly in the listing. If you don't have hands-on experience with these, expect the screening process to test for them directly rather than accepting adjacent experience as a substitute.
How much does this specific role pay?
This listing is posted at $13/hr, an hourly rate. Pay can change between when we last checked the listing and when you apply, so confirm the current number on the platform's own application page before committing time.
Do I need to be fluent in Danish or English?
Yes. This role specifically requires Danish or English proficiency, on top of the English most AI training work assumes by default. If Danish is not a language you're fluent in, this is not the right role. Filter for your native language to find better-matched listings.
What happens when I click Apply on this listing?
You'll be taken to Sovrano's external site to complete your application there. This listing links through a referral, but the process is identical to applying directly; the link just routes you correctly. Create an account on their site and follow their onboarding steps.
Can I apply from outside Remote (EU)?
This specific role is open only to people based in Remote (EU). If you are somewhere else, applying is unlikely to lead to an offer even if you pass the assessment, because the restriction is usually about where the work can legally be contracted rather than your skills. Read the full description for any tax-residency or right-to-work caveats before you apply.
