About this Role

We are looking for a French-speaking AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build and deploy production AI systems for Fortune 500 clients, starting with a major new engagement in France. You'll be a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, interfaces directly with C-level stakeholders, and takes full ownership of AI systems that must work reliably at enterprise scale.

What will you be doing?

Building end-to-end production AI systems (e.g., customer service agents, compound AI workflows) for large enterprise clients
Interfacing directly with senior client stakeholders, often C-level, to scope requirements, lead technical discussions, and push back when needed
Traveling to France (up to 50% initially) to work on-site with a new Paris-based client engagement
Designing AI system architecture and making pragmatic trade-off decisions in ambiguous, greenfield problem spaces with no playbook
Iterating rapidly on live systems, measuring behavior, debugging failures, and continuously improving quality and reliability
