What you'll do

Own the post-sales customer journey, sit down with clients to deeply understand their SOPs, workflows, and current customer experience, then map out what the AI-driven experience needs to look like
Translate complex business logic and customer requirements into implementation documentation and specifications for our applied AI engineering team

What you need

We need someone with 4-8 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, implementation, or product management who has technical fluency around APIs, webhooks, CRMs, and agentic AI systems.
You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly ambiguous startup environment and have a track record of owning complex customer implementations from signed contract to live production. Bonus points if you have experience in contact center software, conversational AI, or call center implementation at companies like Genesys, Ada, Zoom Contact Center, Amazon Connect, or Five9.
