What you'll do

Own and run the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, driving ideas through a product council with the CEO and President who ratify direction
Design and build the future product org across Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design, and Customer Support for the $10M→$80M scaling journey
Own voice of the customer, run customer interviews, make PMs live in VoC, and ground strategy in customer reality rather than internal opinion
Drive time-to-first-value down release over release as the clearest proof the product is landing
Ship the roadmap on time, to spec, and within budget, treating operational delivery as a core product-leadership responsibility
Own and expand Phone Intent™ as the market's defining category, the narrative, not just the feature set
Drive product's contribution to NRR, multi-product attach, packaging, and the move upmarket that carries TitanX from $10M to $80M ARR
Deliver positioning, messaging, launch assets, and enablement collateral through product marketing to arm the marketing team and CEO for go-to-market

What you need

We need a senior product leader (CPO/VP/Head of Product) with deep domain expertise in sales technology, revenue intelligence, or GTM data who has scaled a B2B SaaS product through the $10M, $100M ARR journey. You should be comfortable driving product vision collaboratively with founders, building and architecting product orgs from scratch, and thriving in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment. Bonus points if you've lived an ~8x growth run in a compressed timeline and have experience with pricing/packaging, product-led growth, or platform/ecosystem strategy.
