Clinical Agent Lead (Product) (US)

We are looking for a Clinical Agent Lead with 3, 5 years of experience to own a portfolio of clinical AI agents end-to-end, from idea to real-world impact. This is not a traditional PM role; you'll operate more like a GM of a mini business, working directly with clients to gather requirements, partnering with engineering to build and ship, and continuously improving agents in production. You'll need to be technical enough to review and contribute to the codebase, scrappy enough to thrive in ambiguity, and sharp enough to hold your own with clinicians and customers alike. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-growing, $60M-funded AI + healthcare startup where your work will directly expand access to care at scale.

What will you be doing?

• Owning clinical AI agents from concept through deployment and iteration, running sprint planning with engineering, keeping delivery on track, and ensuring we ship what we promise.

• Getting into the codebase: reviewing PRs, contributing code using AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Codex), and pressure-testing engineering decisions to keep builds on track.

• Meeting with clients and customers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and scope new agent builds or iterations based on real-world clinical workflows.

• Establishing how agents are evaluated and monitored in production, defining performance metrics, identifying failure modes, and driving the next iteration of each agent.

• Roadmapping the future of each agent you own, identifying reusable patterns across client needs, and turning them into scalable capabilities.
