About this Role

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Financing Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join our growing transactional practice. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and autonomous lawyer who can run borrower-side deals from start to finish for our sophisticated clients. This is a key hire to support our expanding client needs and offers a ground-floor opportunity to help shape and build our borrower-side group.

What will you be doing?

Represent private investors, developers, and REITs in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and purchase and sales of commercial real estate assets.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and related transactional documentation.
Run deals autonomously, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and managing all aspects of the transaction from inception to closing.
Provide creative legal solutions for private clients with specific, often non-standard, deal terms.
Manage multiple deals simultaneously at various stages in a highly collaborative environment.
