About this Role

We are looking for a Deployment Strategist with 1-4 years of experience to be the third face of the company, someone who can own the full customer journey from sourcing and demoing to closing six-figure enterprise contracts.
You'll work directly alongside the founders to educate Fortune 500 executives on AI infrastructure, attend conferences and dinners, and shape the growth trajectory of a fast-moving startup with strong product-market fit.
What you will be doing:
Sourcing, cold-calling, and booking meetings with enterprise prospects (VPs and execs at Fortune 500s)
Demoing the product and educating customers on AI concepts (RAG, MCP servers, knowledge bases, agent reliability)
Attending conferences, dinners, and happy hours 4-5 days per month, primarily East Coast travel (NYC, Vegas, Chicago, Dallas)
Leading prospects through the full sales cycle from first call to contract (100K+ ACV deals)
Providing product feedback to the engineering team based on customer conversations and shaping feature direction
