What you'll do
- Support the growth and scale of our engineering team.
- Take ownership of scaling the technical quality and maturity of our technology to ensure the delivery of high-impact product and platform features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to understand and exceed customer expectations and shape engineering roadmaps.
- Hire, onboard, develop, and retain engineers, fostering a culture of psychological safety and inclusion.
- Lead by example to strengthen our team culture through kind, collaborative communication and a willingness to jump in and help.
- Partner with the head of engineering and senior technical teammates to develop our technical best practices.
What you need
- We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to support the growth and scaling of our engineering organization. We need someone with at least 4 years of engineering leadership experience and 4+ years as a hands-on individual contributor, who can coach and mentor engineers across all levels. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup-like environment and have a track record of delivering high-impact product features. Bonus points if you have experience in FinTech.
