About this Role
As an Engineering Manager at Assort Health, you'll lead a team building AI-powered products that help patients access the healthcare they need, from our patient-facing voice AI agents to the platforms and workflows that power them.
You’ll build a high-performing team, set technical direction, and help great engineers execute. We expect you to be technical and hands-on when it matters: leading architecture reviews, debugging incidents alongside the team, and setting the bar for how the team uses AI coding tools to ship faster.

- Lead a high performing team of engineers, including hiring and coaching.
- Work closely with our engineering team to develop features and products from the ground up.
- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways.
- Drive design and architecture discussions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions that meet real-world needs.
- Play a role in an agile team, prioritizing rapid development and deployment to meet our ambitious goals.
