About this Role
We are looking for a Finance Agent Orchestration Manager with 3, 5+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or VC/PE finance to join Fifty Years as the second finance hire. You'll work directly with the Head of Finance to own everything that touches money across seven funds, while leading the rollout of an AI-native fund admin platform and automating workflows from day one.
What you need
- 3, 5+ years in fund accounting, fund administration, VC/PE finance, or investment fund audit
- Hands-on experience with or genuine excitement for AI tools and finance workflow automation
- Fluency in capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements
- Mission-driven mindset, demonstrated interest in deep tech, science, or impact beyond pure finance
- Must work on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco
What will you be doing?
Own fund accounting, LP reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds
Lead the implementation and calibration of a new AI-native fund administration platform
Automate repetitive finance workflows, if you do the same task twice, build a system to handle it
Maintain clean investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records
Support ad hoc strategic projects alongside the Head of Finance (e.g., office acquisitions, cross-portfolio work)
