What you'll do
- Embed directly with customers from kickoff through go-live, owning the full delivery lifecycle and the client relationship end-to-end
- Map customer workflows on the Duvo platform, decide what's worth automating, what needs fixing first, and what's blocked
- Redesign broken processes before automating them, translate business logic into agent behavior including actions, decision rules, exception paths, and fallbacks
- Configure and ship agents against real customer systems (ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email, custom tools), writing integration code, scripts, and prototypes as needed
- Debug live agents in production environments and iterate quickly to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders from operators to sponsors, run working sessions, push back on bad scope, and earn the right to expand accounts
- Capture reusable patterns, templates, and runbooks so each deployment is faster than the last, and feed recurring workflow signals back to Product and Engineering
What you need
- We need someone with 5+ years of experience shipping AI and automation solutions directly inside customer environments who has hands-on expertise with LLMs, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering. You should be comfortable embedding with enterprise clients, mapping their messy workflows, redesigning broken processes, and deploying AI agents against real systems (ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email). Bonus points if you have domain experience in retail, e-commerce, CPG, or operational functions like supply chain, procurement, or merchandising.
