Forward Deployed Operator (US)

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Operator with 1-7 years of experience to own the end-to-end build, delivery, and maintenance of automation workflows for CloudCruise's healthcare customers. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our platform, running process discovery, translating messy real-world operations into clear requirements, and using CloudCruise's builder agent and AI tools to build workflows from scratch. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-growing, YC-backed startup where you'll work directly with the CEO and engineering team, with the opportunity to build a team around you as the company scales. No engineering background required, we care most about someone who is customer-obsessed, extremely detail-oriented, and unusually effective with AI tools.

What will you be doing?

• Join customer engagements at the POC phase, lead kickoff calls, and take full ownership of building and delivering automation workflows using CloudCruise and natural language

• Conduct process discovery with healthcare operations teams to understand their SOPs and translate them into clear automation requirements

• Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, keeping workflows running reliably in production and investigating failures as systems change

• Transition from POC to full contract by becoming the primary customer relationship owner, replacing leadership on ongoing calls

• Feed recurring issues, edge cases, and customer needs back to the engineering team to shape the product roadmap
