Forward Deployed Strategist (US)

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Strategist (FDS) with 3 - 7+ years of experience to own the commercial, stakeholder, and executional success of Poetic's most strategic enterprise deployments.

As a Forward Deployed Strategist at Poetic, you will be on the front lines of a fundamental shift in how enterprises operate. You will own our most strategic customers (some of the largest companies in the world) to drive the adoption and expansion of automation that was previously impossible. These are not incremental improvements; you'll be orchestrating the rollout of solutions that enable businesses to fundamental define themselves.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, relationship management, and operational excellence. You'll navigate complex enterprise organizations, align stakeholders from operations teams to C-suite executives, and own deployments end-to-end, from initial pilot through global scale. You'll build deep, lasting relationships inside Fortune 500 organizations and drive the change management required to transform how they operate.

We expect our Forward Deployed Strategists to operate with exceptional autonomy, thrive under ambiguity, and represent Poetic at the highest level in customer environments. You will be Poetic to our customers, the person who makes adoption and expansion inevitable. • Take warm leads from the CEO, sell 7, 8 figure pilots to Fortune 500 executives, and own the full commercial relationship end-to-end

• Scope deployments by deeply understanding customer processes, aligning complex stakeholder webs, and defining clear success metrics before a single line runs

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams (including Forward Deployed Engineers) to execute pilots and scale them to full production

• Navigate ambiguous, high-stakes enterprise environments, managing change, mitigating blockers, and keeping executives aligned throughout

• Identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth from initial pilot to global scale
