What you'll do

• Own and ship entire features end-to-end that go live with Fortune 500 enterprise customers within weeks
• Build the data plane that ingests an enterprise's entire AI footprint, high-volume, heterogeneous telemetry from EDR, network, identity, and model gateways
• Design and implement real-time detection and policy enforcement for novel agent failure modes
• Work directly with enterprise customers during POCs and deployments, often shipping features mid-engagement
• Train small models to make fast inline judgments against behavioral baselines under tight latency budgets
• Red-team models and agents to find failures before customers do, prompt injection, tool misuse, data exfiltration, scope drift
• Shape the architecture and technical direction of the platform alongside a small, intense founding team

What you need

• We need a high-caliber engineer with 0-4 years of experience (including internships) who has shipped production systems at top-tier engineering organizations. You should be comfortable working at founding-stage intensity, owning features end-to-end, shipping directly to enterprise customers within weeks, and operating with minimal scaffolding. Bonus points if you have distributed systems, security engineering, or applied ML depth, or come from a quant/competitive programming background.
