About this Role

We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 3 - 7 years of experience to join our small, high-velocity team. We're seeking a product-minded engineer with a strong intuition for production to help us build out our agent workforce platform. As we're seeing rapid early adoption, you will be crucial in scaling our product to meet user demand and anticipated growth.

What you will do:

Own the application layer of our platform, from observability and permissions to the control pane and user-facing dashboards.
Design and build scalable APIs, backend systems, and developer tooling.
Lead architecture and product decisions, working directly with early customers to shape our roadmap.
Own features end-to-end, from concept and design through implementation and launch.
Help scale our agent infrastructure to keep up with rapid user growth.
