About this Role

We are looking for a Founding Member of Technical Staff with 2+ years of experience to join a 5-person team building the AI agent cloud for enterprises. You'll be an autonomous, product-minded engineer helping power internal agents across government, Fortune 500, and hyper-growth startups, designing systems from scratch and shaping the core platform at a pivotal stage of growth.

What you need

2+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in system design and building 0-to-1 products
Deep knowledge of the AI agent space, how agents work, sandboxing, observability, evals, and benchmarking
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Next.js
High autonomy and comfort making infrastructure decisions without hand-holding (no pre-built internal tooling like at big tech)
Strong product mindset, proactively thinks about UX, talks to customers, and drives toward solutions that ship

What will you be doing?

Owning high-level problem statements end-to-end, from architecture decisions through implementation, with full autonomy
Designing and building core platform primitives (evals, observability, sandboxing, agent harnesses) from scratch
Working directly on making agents run faster, more reliably, and with better benchmarks on enterprise data
Collaborating with the team in biweekly sprints, proactively identifying what to build next based on customer needs and product gaps
Occasionally speaking with customers to understand requirements and unblock deployments when bandwidth requires it
