What you need
- Solvea is seeking research oriented Founding Members of Technical Staff to join our team in San Francisco. We are looking for a self-directed builder with 2+ years of professional software engineering or research experience or an exceptional portfolio of personal projects. This role will involve both building the data and AI infrastructure behind Solvea’s decision models as well as AI research in simulating the consequences of decisions with multi-agent rollouts, powering products that transform how leaders make high-stakes decisions. Looking for: 1 junior/early-career “hungry for startups” profile 2 more senior profiles, around 3, 5 years of experience What will you be doing?
- Researching novel techniques for simulating the consequences of decisions.
- Partner directly with Solvea’s subject matter experts to define, design, and build net-new AI products for high-stakes decision-making.
- Improve novel data-gathering and analysis workflows using voice agents, analysis agents, and automated pipelines.
- Post-train and apply RL techniques to models to improve automated data acquisition and analysis over time.
