About this Role
You'll own product surfaces end-to-end, design sensibility included. You take a rough problem, decide what to build, build it, ship it, and talk to the merchants who use it. Then you do it again next week.
This is the seat for someone who's tired of waiting on specs and wants the whole loop.
What you'll do
- Own features from problem to production: frontend, backend, whatever the thing needs
- Work directly with customers, sit in on calls, watch session replays, feel the pain firsthand
- Make product calls, not just implementation calls. You'll often be the only person who has thought hard about the flow
- Hold a high bar on craft. The UI should feel considered, not assembled
- Keep the codebase something the next five engineers want to work in
