What you'll do

Own the entire user experience from first sketch to production, designing flows, building prototypes, shipping frontend code, and iterating based on real customer feedback
Take ownership of all user-facing surfaces of the product, turning complex wholesale operations into calm, fast, and intuitive interfaces
Work directly with the CEO and CTO to define how users interact with AI agents that take real action on their behalf
Discover and test new interaction patterns for agentic workflows, figuring out how people should work alongside AI that manages orders, freight, and invoicing
Build reusable components and a design system that raises the craft bar across the entire product
Engage directly with customers (CPG brands like Fishwife, Ghia, Sanzo) to understand operator workflows and validate design decisions

What you need

We need a hybrid designer-engineer with 2, 8 years of experience who has taken products from zero to one, designing and building polished interfaces that real users depend on. You should be comfortable owning the full experience layer of a product at an early-stage startup and have a track record of shipping production-quality UI with exceptional craft and taste. Bonus points if you've worked in B2B SaaS or have experience designing interaction patterns for AI-powered products.
