About this Role
We are looking for a Founding Product Leader with 5+ years of experience to take ownership of Acoco, an autonomous company builder, from early beta to a real, funded business. This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role ideal for a senior PM or failed founder who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape a brand-new category of AI product from the ground up.
What you need
- Senior to Staff/Group PM-level experience at a top AI, consumer, or infrastructure company, or founder experience (including failed founders who raised even a small round)
- Have personally taken a product from zero to one, including the unglamorous GTM and user growth work
- Strong founder/sales presence, you can credibly represent the company in front of VCs, partners, and stakeholders
- Deep consumer product sense with AI fluency, you've been actively testing and building with modern AI tools
- Comfortable operating with extreme ambiguity and full ownership in an early-stage, pre-funded environment
What will you be doing?
Owning end-to-end product direction for Acoco, defining what to build, why, and for whom based on real user data from hundreds of beta testers
Driving consumer go-to-market: understanding users, segmenting them, and making the product experience delightful end-to-end
Pitching investors and helping close the company's funding round alongside the founders
Sourcing and closing early partnerships and BD deals that expand distribution and revenue
Working hands-on in the weeds daily, this is not a "hire PMs and delegate" role; you are the product team
