About this Role
We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our small, high-impact team building AI-powered production scheduling and quoting automation for chemical manufacturing. You'll be joining a YC-backed company that just signed its first seven-figure deal with a Fortune 100 enterprise and is expanding rapidly into European markets. You should have strong product sense, be highly native with AI coding tools, and thrive in ambiguous zero-to-one environments.
What will you be doing?
Building and shipping end-to-end AI agents that handle complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows for Fortune 100 chemical companies
Owning core product features from frontend to backend using TypeScript, Next.js, and React, integrating with ERPs like SAP
Handling GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency infrastructure challenges for European enterprise customers
