Full-Stack Software Engineer (US)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join the founding engineering team building EvenOS, the operating system that runs autonomous CNC manufacturing factories. You'll be a high-agency builder who ships fast, takes feedback from real users on the shop floor, and owns entire systems end-to-end. This is an early-stage role where you'll build everything from scratch: inventory management, machine monitoring, quality systems, and robotic handling, all in service of replicating autonomous factories across the country for America's most critical defense supply chains.

What will you be doing?

• Building a factory ERP from scratch, inventory management, material tracking, and part flow throughout the facility

• Developing machine monitoring software that pulls low-latency data from CNC machines and pushes instructions back

• Building robust quality management systems to track and improve part quality at micron-level accuracy

• Working directly with machinists on the shop floor to gather feedback and rapidly iterate on software they use daily

• Architecting systems that are designed to be replicated across multiple factory sites nationwide
