About this Role
We are looking for a Legal Practice Specialist with 6+ years of experience in Texas civil litigation to serve as InfoTrack's senior practitioner voice for the Texas market. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Texas litigator or senior law firm operations professional who has driven technology adoption and process improvement inside a firm and now wants to shape the tools the entire market uses next.
What you need
- 6+ years of experience in Texas civil litigation practice (JD and Texas bar admission strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated record of driving technology adoption and efficiency projects inside a law firm (e.g., case management, eFiling, document automation, or AI tools)
- Hands-on knowledge of eFileTexas across multiple counties, including county-level differences in clerk review and rejection reasons
- Direct experience with service of process workflows, including engaging process servers, diligence documentation, and substituted service motions
- Credibility with senior lawyers, able to hold peer-level conversations about practice, economics, and technology with partners and firm administrators
What will you be doing?
Map Texas litigation workflows from intake to judgment and identify where InfoTrack's eFiling, service of process, and AI-powered tools remove friction
Sell alongside account executives as a peer to managing partners and litigation leaders, leading discovery of practice-level needs
Represent the Texas customer in product prioritization, writing clear, evidence-based requirements and use cases for engineering and design
Maintain authoritative knowledge of county-level filing requirements, local rules, and eFileTexas behavior, serving as the internal Texas knowledge base owner
Represent InfoTrack at bar associations, legal conferences, and CLE programs while authoring practitioner content such as webinars and best-practice guides
