What you'll do
- Own the Waterfall as a Service (WaaS) product, a brand-new, 0-to-1 developer-first offering that lets ISVs embed FullEnrich's enrichment engine inside their own products, with their own provider keys, tenants, and full observability.
- Run discovery and design partnerships with 100+ existing reseller customers and new ISVs to validate needs, de-risk the product, and iterate rapidly on the offering.
- Design the go-to-market, pricing, and packaging for WaaS, thinking through how customers will implement, scale usage, and convert from a build motion to a buy motion.
- Own the core Waterfall enrichment engine, the product mechanics around billing, credits, quality, coverage, and compliance that power FullEnrich's core value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams across the US and Europe to ship features that drive adoption and revenue from software vendors building on FullEnrich.
- Be accountable for the P&L of the WaaS product line, tracking take rate, revenue from resellers, and net dollar retention as your north-star metrics.
- Think through API design decisions with engineering, understanding trade-offs like arrays vs. Objects, endpoint extensions vs. New APIs, and how implementation complexity impacts customer adoption.
What you need
- We need an experienced Product Manager with a strong B2B SaaS background who has successfully taken products from 0-to-1 or 1-to-10. You should have high agency, founder-like energy, and a deep understanding of how developer-first products and APIs work. Bonus points if you've worked in the data enrichment, GTM tooling, or sales tech space.
