Product Manager (US)

We are looking for a Product Manager with 1, 3 years of experience to take over product ownership from the CEO at a fast-growing AI startup transforming healthcare billing. You'll step into a role where the hard ambiguity has been resolved, the problems are now well-defined and structured, and your job is to execute, ship, and manage the product end-to-end. This is a highly customer-facing role where you'll work directly with large hospital systems, interface daily with engineers, and operate with full autonomy. The ideal candidate is junior, risk-seeking, technically curious, and motivated by ownership, someone who wants to be a founder someday and sees this as the place to learn.

What you will be doing

• Own the product roadmap for Omni's existing enterprise customers, taking over directly from the CEO and driving execution across core infrastructure, customer-specific deployments, and new use cases

• Work directly with hospital teams to understand their insurance operations, gather requirements, and identify the highest-impact opportunities

• Collaborate daily with engineers to spec, build, and ship AI-powered agent workflows across browser use, voice AI, and API integrations

• Manage customer relationships end-to-end, including regular communication, on-site visits (e.g., quarterly trips to Dallas), and translating customer needs into product priorities

• Learn and engage with the technical side of the product, using AI tools to ramp quickly on infrastructure and autonomous agent systems
