Robotics Software Engineer (US)

We are looking for a Robotics Software Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join Tutor Intelligence's R&D team and build the software that powers AI-driven robots in real-world production environments. You are an exceptionally strong programmer who thrives on solving hard, cross-stack problems, from microcontroller firmware to cloud infrastructure. You'll work on-site in Watertown, MA alongside a collaborative, low-ego team shipping code that directly impacts the physical economy. What will you be doing?

• Orchestrating real-time robot code, motion planning optimization systems, and machine learning pipelines across a variety of platforms

• Building and maintaining data labeling frontends, perception systems, and optimizing compilers for robot intelligence

• Flexing up and down the robotics stack, from firmware to cloud infrastructure, to tackle the most pressing technical challenges

• Collaborating closely with teammates around a whiteboard to design and ship systems that enable ordinary robots to achieve extraordinary things

• Deploying directly into customer facilities, ensuring every line of code translates to real-world robotic performance
