Robotics Test Engineer (US)

We are looking for a Robotics Test Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join the Adams Transport team and help scale device bring-up and testing infrastructure for autonomous vehicles. You'll be part of a new but well-resourced transportation division, using proven technology from Pronto's autonomous mining platform to build out testing processes for vehicle integration. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how new vehicles are onboarded, tested, and validated within a modular, OEM-agnostic autonomous stack. The team is engineering-led, fast-moving, and deploying real technology into production environments, not running simulations in a lab.

What will you be doing?

• Creating processes and writing software for flashing, bring-up, and testing new vehicle devices across multiple OEMs (Toyota, Hyundai, Hitachi, etc.)

• Debugging complex software-to-hardware integration issues alongside technicians, electrical engineers, and other robotics engineers

• Building hardware-in-the-loop tests for actuation, burn-in, and bench testing

• Developing tools and test frameworks for technicians, including visualization, test deployment, result tracking, and test execution

• Assessing and building scalable processes to bring new devices live and operating within the company's autonomous software stack
