What you'll do

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder customer implementations autonomously, including new specialties, new products, and multi-site rollouts across a 3, 6 week deployment cycle
Own strategic customer relationships during implementation end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders ranging from office managers to Chief Medical Officers
Partner closely with a dedicated Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to quarterback each deployment, translating customer needs into actionable technical requirements
Identify high-impact product improvements by analyzing user behavior and customer outcomes; define solutions with eng/product and measure results
Build new scalable processes, best practices, and systems from scratch, creating infrastructure that outlasts your direct involvement
Drive automation and efficiency across the team by designing and implementing tools, workflows, and systems that reduce operational burden
Collaborate cross-functionally with the core engineering team, core product team, customer success, and sales to ensure handoffs and a cohesive customer experience
Operate within a POD structure aligned to specific medical specialties, deepening domain expertise and driving knowledge sharing across the team

What you need

We need someone with 4, 6 years of experience in consulting, implementations, or a similar post-sales role who has a track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder customer engagements end-to-end. You should be comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and have demonstrated the ability to build processes from scratch, not just run existing playbooks. Bonus points if you have healthcare or health tech experience.

About the team & role:

The Agent Product Management team currently has ~25 members organized into 4 specialty-focused PODs covering 23+ medical specialties. This is a post-sales implementation role, not a traditional product management position. You'll own customer deployments from kickoff through go-live, working 1:1 with customers and paired with a Forward Deployed Engineer. The team is collaborative, social, and high-ownership, you'll be expected to figure things out, navigate ambiguity, and represent Assort Health in executive-level customer conversations. There is a clear career progression path into leadership roles overseeing portions of the APM team.
