Senior AI Engineer (US)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with 3-5+ years of experience to build agentic AI experiences that help consumers and businesses manage their financial lives across Latin America. You'll join a small, well-funded ($100M+) team at a neobank transforming emerging market finance, owning end-to-end AI agents from ideation through deployment as one of the first engineers shaping the product and culture.

What will you be doing?

• Build and ship a WhatsApp-based agentic AI financial assistant that helps consumers apply for loans, manage payments, and navigate financial products in real time

• Own one or more AI agents end-to-end, including UX, architecture, evaluations, monitoring, and safeguards

• Design RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using LLMs to automate complex multi-step financial processes (e.g., applying to multiple lenders simultaneously while a customer is in-store)

• Work across the full stack, front end to back end, to deliver high-impact features for both consumer and merchant-facing products

• Shape agentic software development practices and engineering culture as an early member of the SF-based team
