About this Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join WisdomAI's founding engineering team and help build the next generation of AI-native business intelligence. You'll touch all parts of the codebase and product, collaborating closely with engineers, product, co-founders, and even customers to ship fast in a high-agency environment.
What will you be doing?
Build and scale large-scale data pipelines for latency-critical analytical workloads
Work across all parts of the codebase and product, this is not a siloed role
Collaborate directly with co-founders, product, and customers to define the product and engineering roadmap
Design and build cost-efficient, secure, and highly scalable systems on modern cloud infrastructure
Help shape the engineering culture and tech stack at a category-defining company
