Senior Fullstack Engineer (US)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join Hamilton AI's founding engineering team and own the end-to-end build of complex product features for the operating system of business aviation. You're not just an engineer, you're a product-minded builder who thrives on understanding customer problems, architecting solutions, and shipping fast in a startup environment. We need someone with deep B2B SaaS experience, exceptional communication skills, and the business EQ to work directly with customers and drive development cycles autonomously. This is a high-impact role on a small, elite team where your work will directly shape the product and the company.

What will you be doing?

• Owning large-scope projects end-to-end, from specking out requirements with product, to architecting the solution, to building both the frontend UX and backend systems, to shipping and iterating

• Working directly with customers to source requirements, demo features, test workflows, and drive the development lifecycle with mature, proactive communication

• Collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering and product managers to break down complex requirements into shippable features across Hamilton's AI-powered platform (quoting, scheduling, trip management, payments)

• Making architectural decisions within the existing product framework while balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability

• Acting as a product engineer, bringing business sense and customer empathy to every technical decision, not just optimizing for engineering complexity
