Senior Product Engineer (US)

What you'll do

• Own entire product surfaces end-to-end, from early ideation and systems design through to shipping and iterating with customers
• Build and evolve next-generation developer tools (including Codesmith, our background coding agent), designing workflows, UI, and infrastructure that let engineers delegate coding tasks to AI
• Work closely with founders to formulate product ideas, validate them, and bring them to market in days, not months
• Make critical architectural and systems design decisions across the full stack that will define products for their lifetime
• Prototype and iterate rapidly on AI-powered features, from natural language interfaces to automated fix generation, owning everything from prompt design to backend service to UI
• Ship polished, high-performance product surfaces across analytics, observability, and agent platforms where engineers interact daily

What you need

• We need someone with 5+ years of experience who has owned products end-to-end, from ideation through launch, in a startup or high-growth environment. You should be comfortable building 0-to-1 products in ambiguous spaces and have a track record of shipping developer tools or engineer-facing products that set a high bar for user experience. Bonus points if you've worked in developer tooling, AI-powered products, or have experience building coding agents or CI/CD platforms.
