About this Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 4-8+ years of experience to join an early-stage, $100M-funded fintech building a neobank and merchant platform for Mexico's underserved market. You'll be one of the first engineering hires in SF, owning features end-to-end across greenfield products, from a "Merchant OS" (payroll, point of sale, inventory tools) to an AI-powered WhatsApp financial assistant for consumers.

What will you be doing?

• Build and own full-stack features end-to-end, from UI to backend to deployment, across core banking, merchant tools, and consumer products

• Architect and scale services handling high transaction volumes for lending, payments, pay-in/payout, and ledger systems targeting thousands of merchants

• Contribute to building SMB workflow tools (payroll, point of sale, inventory tracking) integrated with a regulated Mexican bank license

• Help shape agentic software development practices using a modern TypeScript + React stack, using AI to accelerate the development lifecycle

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and a small engineering team to ship products rapidly in a greenfield environment
