Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to own and improve the full-stack platform powering AI-driven market research for some of the most recognized consumer brands in the country. You'll join an 8-person team built by former leaders from Palantir and The Harris Poll, where your work has a direct line to real business outcomes. The role is roughly 60% front-end (React/TypeScript) and 40% back-end (PostgreSQL), focused on improving existing systems. You must be an expert at using AI agents to create, test, and maintain high-quality software, and capable of building modern AI agents yourself. This is a high-ownership role where you'll act as a PM, iterate directly with users, and ship features end-to-end.

What will you be doing?

• Own and improve full-stack features end-to-end, from React components and TypeScript interfaces to PostgreSQL schemas and API design

• Act as a product-minded engineer: define requirements with non-technical stakeholders, iterate with users, and drive features to completion

• Build and use modern AI agents to optimize software development workflows and deliver platform capabilities

• Architect and optimize backend services, RESTful/Socket APIs, and data models to handle growing research data volumes

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to solve real user problems for clients like Warby Parker and Hims & Hers
