About this Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to join a small, high-performing engineering team building the first AI-native specialty medication access platform. You'll be a product-minded builder who owns projects end-to-end at a company that's grown from 100 to 2,500 prescribers in a year and is on track to hit 4,000 by year-end.

What you need

Full-stack web development experience (Python, React, Postgres), must know Python
Product-minded engineer who can surface problems, build solutions, and monitor outcomes end-to-end
Startup experience or demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy and minimal structure
Experience building or integrating AI-powered features into production products
Must be on-site in NYC (Flatiron), open to relocation but no remote

What will you be doing?

Building and shipping provider-facing product features across the full stack (Python, React, Postgres)
Developing AI-powered automation for prior authorizations, benefits verification, and pharmacy integrations
Building internal AI tooling and enablement infrastructure (local model hosting, PHI-compliant data pipelines)
Owning projects from problem identification through shipped outcome and monitoring impact
Working closely with founders and a small engineering team to define product direction and engineering culture
