Software Engineer - Product (US)

We are looking for a Product Engineer with 5+ years of experience to own and build the internal tools and integration layer powering Epsilon Health's radiology-as-a-service platform. You'll be a strong, autonomous engineer, more backend-leaning but comfortable across the stack, who can operate independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment without heavy management. We're a team of 5 solving a massive healthcare crisis (1 radiologist for every 4 open jobs, 200k misdiagnosis-related deaths per year), and you'll have outsized impact from day one. We want someone who has been embedded in a strong engineering culture and knows what quality engineering looks like.

What will you be doing?

• Build and maintain internal applications for case assignment distribution, radiologist peer reviews, and business analytics, these are the core tools that allow the company to scale

• Own the integration layer connecting Epsilon Health's platform to customer systems (PACS, RIS, EHRs) using medical protocols like DICOM and HL7

• Partner directly with customers during onboarding to understand their systems and implement custom integrations

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities across the product and operations
