About this Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer (Product Expert) with 3, 7 years of experience to serve as the go-to technical expert for EliseAI's housing product verticals post-implementation. You'll be the bridge between customers, CSMs, and engineering, owning deep product knowledge and getting pulled in whenever a customer needs real technical firepower.

What you need

3, 7 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar post-sales technical role at a SaaS company
Strong post-sales experience, purely pre-sales SE profiles are not a fit
Technical background (CS, engineering, or equivalent); comfort working at the data and API layer is essential
Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Startup experience preferred, must be comfortable in a fast-moving, build-it-yourself environment

What will you be doing?

Act as the dedicated technical expert for a specific housing product vertical (e.g., leasing, maintenance, CRM), supporting CSMs and customers post-implementation
Dive into customer data and API integrations to diagnose issues, identify trends, and ensure everything is running correctly
Serve as the escalation point for technical support, triaging issues and communicating effectively with engineering when code-level fixes are needed
Support onboarding and data migration efforts for new platform rollouts, including EliseAI's upcoming Future Platforms product
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success to feed insights back and keep the product improving
