Key Responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune LLMs for sales use cases such as lead generation, email outreach, objection handling, and CRM updates.
• Create, review, and annotate sales-related datasets including emails, call transcripts, and prospecting workflows.
• Design and optimize prompts for sales scenarios (cold outreach, follow-ups, discovery calls, etc.).
• Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot data to inform AI training, ensuring outputs align with real pipeline stages and CRM structures or use Outreach to model and improve sequencing strategies for AI-generated communication or utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator insights to enhance prospecting logic and personalization in LLM outputs.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, tone, compliance, and effectiveness in sales contexts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to improve AI-driven sales tools.
• Develop guidelines and best practices for AI-assisted sales workflows.
• Continuously refine models based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving sales strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, sales operations, business development, or sales enablement.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong understanding of the B2B/B2C sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, nurturing, and closing.
• Excellent written communication skills, especially in crafting sales messaging.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve AI outputs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured annotation guidelines.

Offer Details

• Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 30 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
