We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced mergers & acquisitions professionals who can help train their latest language model on M&A and deal advisory tasks.
We're looking for M&A Associates with 3+ years at an investment bank, PE firm, or corporate development team to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core M&A and deal advisory workflows: deal thesis memos, valuation modeling, due diligence checklists, synergy analysis, and investment committee materials.
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2000/week)
Location: Fully remote — work on your own schedule
Qualifications:
3+ years as an M&A Associate at an investment bank, private equity firm, or corporate development team
Strong expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and deal due diligence
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
