We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced content editors who can help train their latest language model on editorial strategy and content refinement tasks.
We're looking for senior content editors with 5+ years of experience managing and editing content across digital, editorial, or media environments. You have a sharp editorial eye, a clear sense of content strategy, and the ability to elevate drafts to publication-ready quality across formats — from articles and reports to web copy and long-form features.
You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core content editing workflows: structural editing and rewriting, style and tone evaluation, SEO-informed content review, editorial brief creation, headline and copy optimization, and content quality assessment.
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2,000/week)
Location: Fully remote — work on your own schedule
Qualifications:
Senior content editor with 5+ years editing digital or print content at a top media company, publisher, or content team
Strong expertise in editorial judgment, content strategy, and multi-format editing
Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail

When and how do I get paid?
Payment is processed within 30 days of submitting your invoice after a project closes. This net-30 schedule is standard for enterprise expert networks but slower than weekly-paying AI platforms. Plan your cash flow accordingly — this is not a 'get paid Friday' setup.
Is this traditional consulting?
Not exactly. You act as a "Teacher" for advanced AI. Instead of client deliverables, you are given complex scenarios to evaluate. You grade the AI's logic, correct its hallucinations, and provide expert-level reasoning. Your job is to train the model to think like you do.
Why is the pay so high?
